My advice to you is to be like Sully and my other successful clients. Don’t let life just happen to you, decide what you want and go after it. Do whatever it takes to chase your dreams. You may not get everything that you want, but when you chase your dreams religiously like Sully, you stand a really good chance of creating an amazing life, no matter where you end up — even if it’s in a river.
— Wes Smith

Smith has worked as a reporter for some of the most respected newspapers across the country, including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Miami Herald, before joining the Chicago Tribune and, later, its sister newspaper the Orlando Sentinel, where he worked a total of 19 years, mostly as a national news correspondent.

Wes has two children and lives with his wife, Sarah, and their two labradoodles, Molly and Scruffy, in Mount Dora, Florida.
